Rumble CEO Declares Victory Over YouTube Following Record-Breaking Viewership
Chris Pavlovski, the CEO of Rumble, confidently asserts that the platform has demonstrated its ability to “take on YouTube,” especially after smashing viewership records on November 6, 2024. This significant milestone marks a turning point for Rumble as it continues to rise as a formidable competitor in the streaming and video landscape.
Historic Surge on Election Night
On a night that will be remembered, Rumble experienced a remarkable surge in viewership, driven largely by Donald Trump’s projected victory in the 2024 presidential election. According to StreamsCharts, Rumble reached a peak of 1.79 million viewers. Notably, popular broadcasters like Dan Bongino and Steven Crowder garnered 515,000 and 460,000 viewers, respectively.
This impressive performance not only allowed Rumble to surpass Kick’s previous record of 1.75 million viewers during the Stream Fighters 3 event but also positioned the platform as a serious contender in the streaming world.
Rumble’s Climb in App Store Rankings
Amid the election frenzy, Rumble also made noteworthy strides in the app store rankings. The platform surged past Twitch and even YouTube, emerging as the third most downloaded app, following only Instagram and the video editing app CapCut. This rise in popularity underscores Rumble’s growing appeal among users seeking alternative video platforms.
I’m going to say it…There are many who doubt Rumble, and still pick YouTube because they think that’s where the audience is. They are dead wrong. MAGA is and has been on Rumble, and they refuse to use YouTube. You either don’t want access to half the country, or you do. pic.twitter.com/HPs2Oo6x4o

A Message to Advertisers
Pavlovski emphasized that the time has come for corporate advertisers to reconsider their strategies. “I’ve never been more excited for Rumble. We showed the world we have what it takes and we can take on YouTube,”he stated in a series of follow-up tweets. He urged advertisers to engage with the platform rather than exclude a significant portion of the audience by turning away from Rumble.
More importantly, corporate advertisers will need to rethink how they do business. No more bullshit where they play games and boycott half the country.

Speculation on Future Collaborations
As Rumble’s profile rises, discussions of potential collaborations are also heating up. One name that has emerged is popular streamer Dr Disrespect, who hinted at a possible move to Rumble, claiming he could have one of his “biggest opportunities to date”if monetization issues with YouTube persist. His recent tweet, “Make Gaming Great Again,”which coincided with a new merchandise launch, has garnered attention, including from Pavlovski.
In conclusion, Rumble’s impressive performance during a critical event underscored its emerging role as a key player in the video streaming arena. With its increasing user engagement and the support of influential figures, Rumble is poised for significant growth in the near future.
