The production presentation for Netflix series “The 8 Show” was held at the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel in Seoul on the morning of May 10.
“Netflix’s “The 8 Show”follows eight characters as they navigate a mysterious space consisting of eight floors, where they must compete in a risky game in order to win money.”
Earlier, rumors of a romantic relationship between Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee surfaced after an overseas netizen claimed to have spotted them together. Despite both agencies choosing not to comment on their personal lives, Han So-hee took matters into her own hands and confirmed the relationship through her personal blog.
Despite the emergence of dating rumors, Ryu Jun-yeol’s ex-girlfriend Hye-ri took to social media and simply posted “interesting”without elaborating any further. This sparked speculation of a possible “transit love”between the two, but Ryu Jun-yeol chose to remain silent throughout the entire ordeal.
During the controversy, Han So-hee firmly denied the transfer dating rumors multiple times on social media with a strong tone, and eventually, they ended their relationship.
Furthermore, Ryu Jun-yeol was invited by athlete Kim Ju-hyung to attend the Golf Masters event. This sparked backlash as some critics pointed out that despite advocating for the environment, Ryu Jun-yeol chose to participate in a sport that has negative impacts on the environment, such as golf.
Finally, during the production presentation for “The 8 Show”, Ryu Jun-yeol spoke up.
Ever since my debut, it appears that I have been burdened with numerous worries. While it is a personal issue, I am confident that there will come a time to address it in the future.
In the meantime, viewers can expect the highly anticipated release of “The 8 Show”on Netflix on the 17th.
