Sakamoto Days: A Recap of Chapter 170
In the preceding chapter, Oki mistook Sakamoto’s wife for Sakamoto himself, who was in disguise. Oki asked about Sakamoto’s location, but Sakamoto, pretending to be his wife, claimed to have no knowledge as they were not on good terms. Torres suggested abducting her to draw out Sakamoto, but Oki dismissed the idea due to the Order’s prohibition against intentionally causing harm to innocent civilians.
In that instant, Shin’s facade slipped off, revealing Torres standing behind him. Nagumo, having abandoned his own disguise, swiftly kneed Torres while Sakamoto dragged Shin away. Kamihate hesitated on whether to take a shot at them, but was cautioned against it. Oki decided to rely on Tanabata, who skillfully used his electric guitar to send powerful sound waves through the sewer, ultimately causing a sewer cover to strike Sakamoto in the face.
