Regrettably, this only exacerbated the situation instead of improving it. As a result of her explanation, Sakura received even more severe criticism.
In her extensive letter, the K-pop star conveyed her conviction that the group had given their all on stage, despite any errors they may have made.
She emphasized that the true significance of being on stage is not about delivering a flawless performance, but rather about captivating the audience with a delightful and memorable show.
