On July 30th, Sandara Park shared a photo on social media along with a lengthy caption, in which she greeted her fans and provided an update on her current activities. She mentioned that she has been dedicating a lot of time to practice and expressed her excitement for the upcoming group comeback that they have been eagerly anticipating. She also added that this has been bringing her happiness every day.
“She revealed that she is currently practicing for the upcoming 2NE1 concert and also juggling her personal schedule. She had previously promised to showcase a new setlist at Singapore Waterbomb, so she is working diligently on learning the songs. In addition, she is planning to prepare a 2NE1 medley with different songs than what she has done before. She did not anticipate that this preparation would coincide with the group’s comeback preparations.”
Sandara Park assured, “Even though it may be difficult to juggle the choreography and stage directions, I am confident in my abilities. I am fully committed to the group’s comeback and have decided to prioritize it over my personal schedules. However, I will still honor any previously arranged schedules.”
The female singer shared that she would be traveling to Manila for an Acer shoot and performance. Despite feeling guilty about missing practice, she expressed gratitude for her understanding band members and their strong bond, believing that they will take care of each other and she will be able to manage the trip successfully.
She expressed, “In life, there are moments when we must push through and work, even when we crave rest. Conversely, there are also moments when we must take a break, even if we desire to work. I am currently focused on working and believe this is the perfect opportunity to pursue my aspirations.” Additionally, she emphasized, “I have a strong desire to accomplish this.”
Finally, Sandara Park expressed, “Although it can be tiring, I am determined to savor this moment. I am giving my all to find joy in the present. While I know I cannot continue doing this forever,”she continued, “I have been continuously working for almost two decades, but I am still passionate about pushing myself for the next few years. Thank you for always supporting me throughout this journey.”
Born in 1984, Sandara Park is celebrating her 40th birthday this year. She began her career in the Philippines in 2004 and later debuted as a member of 2NE1 in 2009. The recent announcement of their reunion and concert to commemorate their 15th anniversary has garnered attention.
