One Piece manga is currently delving into the fresh Land of the Gods Arc, with Chapter 1129 spoilers revealing that the “false” Sun God emerges as Sanji’s primary adversary.
The Final Saga’s second arc has premiered, introducing a formidable new antagonist known as the “Sun God,” a colossal figure who oversees the Land of the Gods. This enigmatic individual is characterized by an animal skull adorning their head and a dark-toned coat.
In a fit of rage, the Sun God sought vengeance after Luffy and his crew harmed Muginn and Hilmungardr. According to the spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1129, the entity claiming the mantle of Sun God is actually Road.
Road served as the navigator for the new Giant Pirates led by Hajrudin. During the Dressrosa Saga, Hajrudin participated in the Corrida Colosseum, contesting for the Mera Mera no Mi. After Luffy and his crew saved his life, Hajrudin aligned himself with the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, which displeased Road immensely.
It is highly probable that Road departed from the crew and started impersonating the Sun God, though concrete details are yet to emerge. The upcoming chapter spoilers indicate that Road was responsible for altering Nami’s outfit.
The title of One Piece Chapter 1129 is “Live Dolls,” showcasing the giant’s act of dressing the crew and confining them in a Lego block toy box. Sanji, upon discovering what Road did to Nami, is engulfed in fury.
Nonetheless, while Sanji’s anger is palpable, it is Nami who ultimately defeats the villain with a powerful thunderbolt. This chapter underscores her talents as a navigator and her formidable destructive capabilities, reminiscent of natural calamities.
As the Egghead arc wraps up, you can explore the reasons why it is considered the best arc to date.
