Scump Reigns Supreme in Black Ops 6 Beta: Outperforms Nadeshot, Swagg, and Other Top Twitch Viewers

During the initial weekend of the beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, renowned COD player Seth ‘Scump’ Abner emerged as the top streamer on Twitch, surpassing various world champions and popular streamers.

From August 30 to September 4, gamers got the opportunity to play Black Ops 6 for the first time before its official release date of October 25, 2024.

The beta is a highly anticipated event in the COD community. It holds significance not only for players, but also for content creators who strive to kick off their new year on a strong note and gain insight on the upcoming year’s content.

With the majority of sentiment towards Black Ops 6 being positive, it is not unexpected that streamers are attracting thousands of viewers. However, Scump surprisingly emerges as the top streamer in terms of viewership for the first beta weekend, according to statistics from SullyGnome.

Among the top 10 are also Tyler ‘TeeP’ Polchow, who was crowned the 2013 COD world champion, and renowned French players Skyrroz and Corentin ‘Gotaga’ Houssein. Additionally, established Call of Duty streamers Mason ‘Symfuhny’ Lanier and Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar also make the list.

Scump was one of the most successful COD players of all time — and now he’s doing it on Twitch too.

Just missing the top 10 were former Scump teammates Brandon ‘Dashy’ Otell and Ian ‘Crimsix’ Porter, as well as German streamer Stylerz.

The beta will continue for one more weekend, beginning on September 6. This will be the final opportunity for players to enjoy a few days of gaming before the game’s official release. It’s unlikely that many COD streamers will be able to match Scump’s impressive numbers.
