Tabitha has made her return in Season 3 of *From*, and there’s an intriguing fan theory suggesting that her excursion into the real world may have been meaningful after all.
Reflecting on the Season 2 finale, we saw Tabitha (portrayed by Catalina Sandino Moreno) pushed from the tower by the mysterious boy in white, leading her to wake up in reality.
At the onset of Season 3, she finds herself stranded in Camden, Maine, where she reconnects with Victor’s father, Henry (played by Robert Joy).
In a pivotal moment during Season 3, Episode 4, Tabitha returns to Fromville via ambulance, accompanied by Henry.

There has been some speculation regarding the significance of Tabitha’s journey, particularly in light of the boy in white’s statement, “This is the only way,” before he pushed her. This raises questions about what her involvement might mean.
In the latest episode, viewers witness Victor (Scott McCord) delve into the troubling backstory of Christopher, a ventriloquist whose descent into darkness was triggered by foreboding visions akin to those Jade (David Alpay) is currently experiencing.
Flashbacks reveal that a young Victor was instructed by his mother Miranda to take cover with his sister Eloise. Unfortunately, she disobeys and goes outside, leading to a grim discovery — when Victor finally emerges, he finds everyone in their town has perished, leaving the boy in white as his only companion.
One **Reddit user** proposed that “Tabitha leaving is the only way to avert another cycle reminiscent of Christopher’s.”
The user noted, “The Boy in White’s declaration that ‘this is the only way’ before directing Tabitha out of the lighthouse raises questions about the importance of her actions, especially since she returned to Fromville.”
“I believe that her departure and subsequent return represents a flicker of hope for the town while the residents grapple with despair, but there’s likely much more to her journey,” they elaborated.

The Redditor continued, “Jade might conclude that leaving means returning swiftly, which could lead him to believe that defeating the place is their only escape.”

“Tabitha’s all-encompassing journey underscores the notion that the entities possess influence beyond Fromville, with the power to bring individuals back,” they argued.
