It is expected that SEVENTEEN member Jeonghan, born in 1995, will enlist to fulfill his military service within this year. He has previously hinted at his upcoming enlistment multiple times.
Just recently, SEVENTEEN shared the exciting news of their upcoming “RIGHT HERE”world tour, which will kick off at the Goyang Stadium in Korea on October 12th and 13th. Following their Seoul performance, the group will then make their way to the US to continue their tour.
After the announcement of the US tour and its stops, attention was drawn to some sasaengfans’ accounts on X (formerly Twitter) as they were selling information about the members’ flights to the US cities on the tour. One account even noted that Jeonghan and Jun did not have any flight information available.
According to this post, fans expressed concern that Jeonghan may be unable to participate in the group’s US tour due to his enlistment.
Despite this, the poster for SEVENTEEN’s concert in Goyang, Seoul still features a group photo with all the members. On the other hand, the poster for their US tour announcement only reveals the background of the photo shoot.
It is worth noting that these are merely fan theories and the public is eagerly anticipating an official statement from Pledis, the agency representing SEVENTEEN, about Jeonghan’s enlistment plans.
