Spotv News reported on May 27th that Hoshi had bought the luxurious property “Brighten N40″in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for a total of 5.1 billion won, paying in full in cash.
Yoo Jae-suk recently made headlines for purchasing a unit in this building, which was designed by the renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, known for designing the Louis Vuitton headquarters. The building’s architecture and landscaping offer privacy, making it a highly sought after location. Yoo Jae-suk’s purchase, made in cash for approximately 8.7 billion won, marked the end of his 15-year rental period.
On April 12th of last year, Hoshi purchased a 149㎡ unit and finalized the registration on July 28th of that year. He made the full payment of 5.086 billion won in cash without taking out any mortgage.
Hoshi, born in 1996, is a well-known member of the popular group SEVENTEEN, with a large fanbase both in their home country and abroad. Recently, the group performed their “SEVENTEEN Tour ‘Follow’ Again To Japan” at Nissan Stadium in Kanagawa, Japan for two consecutive days on May 25th and 26th.
