Despite the conservative gender norms in Korea, K-pop idols have been at the forefront of embracing diversity, especially when it comes to fashion. This trend is evident in SEVENTEEN’s recent teasers for their upcoming album, where various members can be seen confidently sporting skirts.

The Bold Fashion Statements

On April 18 (KST), SEVENTEEN released teasers for their highly anticipated comeback, showcasing their unique fashion choices. These unconventional styles stood out among the striking visuals.

The “God of Music”concept was brought to life by The8, who combined a suit and jacket with a skirt overlay to create a stunning and innovative ensemble.

Jeonghan’s Casual Chic

Jeonghan’s “SUPER”concept included a combination of a suit and varsity jacket, paired with a matching skirt that enhanced his ensemble with a relaxed yet fashionable vibe.

Mingyu and Jun’s Unique Styles

Mingyu’s tartan suit was given a bold touch with a coordinating skirt, blending traditional patterns with contemporary style. In contrast, Jun chose a simplistic route, pairing his blazer with a skirt that complemented it perfectly.

It has been reported that SEVENTEEN is currently filming for the well-known series “Youth Over Flowers”alongside PD Na Yeong Seok. This speculation arose when both the group and Na PD’s team were spotted at Rome Airport in Italy on the same day.

Pledis Entertainment has declared that they do not have knowledge of the schedule and filming specifics, directing any inquiries to the broadcasting company and production team. The CJ ENM production team, headed by PD Na Yeon g Seok, has not yet confirmed the information.

During their appearance on Na PD’s “The Game Caterers 2,”SEVENTEEN expressed their desire to star in “Youth Over Flowers,”which is known for being a hit.

Despite being initially shocked, Na PD remained determined to make it happen. While Seungkwan will still participate, S.Coups will unfortunately have to sit out due to a knee injury. Additionally, SEVENTEEN is set to make their comeback in October and will kick off their “FOLLOW”tour in Japan in November.
