Whether they’re performing in packed stadiums or intimate venues, their energy knows no limits.
Despite their hectic touring schedule, one question continues to linger: why have they not visited certain regions of the world?
There has been a vocal outcry among netizens regarding the lack of SEVENTEEN’s presence in regions such as Europe, South Asia, and South America.
Despite being in their home country of Korea, the group tends to stay within familiar cities and venues.
Recently, during a live broadcast, Woozi, one of the vocalists in the group, provided some insight into their touring decisions, which had been shrouded in curiosity.
woozi and calm down man talking about his part distributions in svt songs 👤 in the concert in the videos (vcr) i noticed that you were always at the start, is that a rule 🍑 i really wish it wasn’t that way👤 but the company/members say it’s a tradition so you have to keep… pic.twitter.com/Sk6CBuh258

During a broadcast with Calm Down Man, Woozi discussed SEVENTEEN’s touring philosophy, providing valuable insights.
“As a group, we want to go everywhere. We don’t mind if it makes money or not, we want to go,”- Woozi
Woozi expressed the same feelings as the rest of the group.
When we receive tour [lists] that are very specific [to parts of the world] or are venues that [company] knows will gather lots of people, we know that even though it won’t change, we say we want to go to other places. Is it possible [to do it]? – Woozi
Nevertheless, he recognized the practical difficulties and financial factors that impact tour destinations. “It’s a valid point that without concert revenue, it’s impossible to organize one,”Calm Down Man confirmed, acknowledging the economic aspects of the business. Woozi also agreed, but stressed SEVENTEEN’s dedication to connecting with their international fanbase.
No, you can’t. So we say that let’s do the usual tour areas that give us income. But we know that other countries want to see us. Wouldn’t it be good to go? – Woozi
He emphasized the group’s aim to engage with supporters without any focus on monetary benefit.
While SEVENTEEN has focused on tour locations that guarantee financial success, Woozi implied a potential change in approach.
woozi on calm down man’s live talking about concert locations (rough translation) 🍑 we’re not sure either (why we don’t go to certain countries). we receive a list of cities and venues we can go to… and there’s a limited amount of time (we can tour), and the company has…
