The episode kicks off right where the previous one concluded, with Animalia and her clan pursuing Sunraku and Emul. While attempting to escape, they encounter Oikatzo and Arthur Pencilgon. Sunraku realizes that he has been betrayed by his friends, who are solely interested in Emul. He decides to throw her to them, hoping they will leave him alone.

Following a moment of comic relief, the Psyger-0 and Psyger-100 sisters reveal their real-life familiarity with Pencilgon. Psyger-100 expresses curiosity about the party that defeated Wezaemon and seeks details of the earlier conflict Sunraku had with Lycaon. Just then, the Professor arrives and confirms that she facilitated this meeting among the clans.

As the scene transitions to a bar, Sunraku reflects on the need to carefully navigate the information he shares with Psyger-100 regarding the Lycaon encounter to avoid revealing anything about Rabituza. Meanwhile, Pencilgon cleverly sells the Professor an exorbitantly priced book about Wezaemon. In an intriguing twist, Psyger-100 informs Sunraku that she has knowledge on how to lift Lycaon’s curse.
