Show Me the Money: Famous Rapper Under Investigation for Assault

The Seoul Mapo Police Department announced on July 31 that they had received a report of Mr. A, a well-known rapper and former producer of “Show Me the Money”, allegedly assaulting a pedestrian. They stated that they have launched a pre-investigation into the matter.

According to reports, Mr. A allegedly assaulted a passerby in a park in Mapo District at approximately 8:30 PM on the 28th.

According to reports, Mr. A is accused of instructing the pedestrian to “properly walk their bicycle”before allegedly attacking them with a mobile phone and other methods. The victim suffered injuries such as a laceration near the eye and damage to their teeth.

The police questioned both Mr. A and the victim on site before allowing them to leave.

In 2008, Mr. A was recruited by a major agency and two years later, in 2010, he made his official debut in the music industry. He also served as a producer for the popular hip-hop audition program ‘Show Me the Money’ series.
