The recently announced SM Entertainment roster has been unveiled, and fans of Pink Bloods are ecstatic about the label’s planned debuts and comebacks for the 3rd quarter of 2024!
The lineup for SM Entertainment in 2024 will include debuts from various groups.
On May 8, the “BIG 3″label, which includes SM, released a preview of their planned debuts and comebacks for the third quarter of this year (July, August, and September 2024).
SM is getting ready for the debut of their top-tier artists, such as Red Velvet Irene, EXO Chanyeol, and NCT 127 Jaehyun, as they release their first solo mini-albums.
In addition, naevis, one of the main characters in aespa’s Worldview, will finally have her solo debut after facing multiple postponements last year.

Based on SM Entertainment’s announcement, naevis will utilize AI (artificial intelligence) technology for its voice, in contrast to other virtual idols that are controlled by human operators behind the scenes.
At the same time, SM will be introducing two new groups, SMNGG and a British boy group. Additional details will be announced before their scheduled debut in the fourth quarter of 2024.
SM Entertainment’s 2024 Lineup: Solo Releases and Group Comeback
In addition to debuts, SM artists who are already established are anticipated to make the third quarter of 2024 even more thrilling with their upcoming comebacks.
After a two-year hiatus since the release of “INVU”in 2022, Girls’ Generation member Taeyeon will be dropping her highly anticipated fourth studio album as a solo artist. Following this, her fellow group member Hyoyeon will also be releasing a new single.
SHINee Key is also anticipated to release a Japanese single and mini album during the summer, in addition to the other members’ releases.
NCT 127 will release a studio album for their group comeback, while NCT Wish and WayV, their other sub-units, will also drop mini albums, with the latter releasing theirs in Japan. Additionally, the youngest sub-unit is planning to increase their promotion in Korea with a new single.
Along with them, NCT Dream is set to release a new English single in the third quarter as well.
In addition, aespa and RIIZE are also planning to expand into the Japanese market by releasing Japanese singles.

Additionally, there are several concerts and world tours planned for the third quarter, including:

In the upcoming months, EXO’s Suho will release his 3rd solo mini album, followed by aespa’s first full-length album at the end of May, and RIIZE’s 1st mini album in June.
During the second quarter, mini albums will be released by Red Velvet and WayV, and Super Junior and NCT member Mark will release their single albums.
Following their debut in June, aespa will embark on a world tour, performing in 14 different cities. At the same time, RIIZE, which has already held successful fan concerts, will also expand their reach internationally.
