Song Hye-kyo’s Real Estate Project in Samseong-dong

BizHankook and the real estate industry report that the construction of Song Hye-kyo’s detached house in Hyundai Bala Town, Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul has been finished.

According to reports, Song Hye-kyo has submitted an application for building ownership to the Gangnam-gu Office.

The detached house includes a basement level and two floors above ground, with a combined building area of 690㎡ (209 pyeong) and a land area of 581.6㎡ (176 pyeong).

In 2015, Song Hye-kyo bought a detached house for 9.15 billion won. After demolishing it, she started building a new house in 2022. During the construction process, she increased the floor space by over 60 pyeong and raised the walls for added privacy.

In the meantime, Song Hye-kyo has selected “Dark Nuns”(directed by Kwon Hyuk-jae) as her upcoming project. Serving as the sequel to the 2015 film “The Priests”(directed by Jang Jae-hyun), “Dark Nuns”delves into the world of exorcism through the story of a group of nuns.
