The Netflix original drama “Song of a Thief”starring Kim Nam-gil and others was released last Friday (22nd). This work is set in the 1920s and tells the story of people who came to the lawless land “Majima”due to their different stories during the turbulent Japanese colonial period and united to protect their homeland.
Kim Nam Gil has been running for promotions and has also appeared in the October issue of the fashion magazine “Allure”. She did a pictorial shoot focusing on clothes she rarely wears and clothes she wants to wear, hoping to show everyone a new look.

If he could “resuscitate”the roles he played in the past, he would like to resurrect “Queen Seondeok”Bidam and “Island”because These two characters have gone through too many difficult times, and he wanted to use these two characters to stage a different story.
In addition, Kim Nam-gil, who has played many roles, considers his “life work”to be “The Bad Guy”, which is the 2015 movie he collaborated with Jeon Do-yeon. Kim Nam-gil believes that his acting career is divided by “The Bad Guy”. After playing “The Bad Guy”, many of his questions and curiosity about himself were answered through this work. Although he has to constantly update his “life works”, the first one in his heart is “The Scoundrel”: “Don’t be too sad about other works, because I met you because of “The Scoundrel”(laughing)”.
