Space Marine 2 Missions List & Estimated Completion Time

Despite the more linear and traditional third-person shooter storyline in Space Marine 2, players can also engage in a range of side missions through co-op in Operations mode. With plenty of content available, it is helpful to have an idea of the amount of gameplay before starting the game. To assist with this, we have compiled a comprehensive list of all the main story and Operations co-op missions in Space Marine 2 below.

All Main Missions in Space Marine 2

In Space Marine 2, players will encounter a total of six main story missions spread across five Operations (chapters). While this may appear to be a small number, each mission is quite extensive and will require a significant amount of time to complete. The missions all take place on three different planets – Kadaku, Avarax, and Demerium – where you will face off against both Terminid and Heretic forces. Below is a comprehensive list of all six main missions:

1. Skyfire (Operation 1) – Planet Kadaku
2. Severance (Operation 2) – Planet Kadaku
3. The Divine Machine (Operation 3) – Planet Avarax
4. Servant of the Machine (Operation 3) – Planet Averax
5. Voidsong (Operation 4) – Planet Averax
6. Dawn’s Descent (Operation V) – Planet Demerium

Even though there is only one mission that takes place on Demerium, you will still be able to see a lot of this stunning and otherworldly planet during the final mission, which is also the longest. Be ready for a truly unforgettable and appropriate conclusion!

All Operations Co-Op Missions in Space Marine 2

Aside from the primary campaign mode, you will also have the opportunity to participate in six cooperative missions through the game’s Operations mode. These missions are closely connected to the main narrative of Space Marine 2 and run parallel to the story missions that you will undertake during the campaign. They will appear as optional objectives during your journey.

In Space Marine 2, players witness squads of Ultramarines undertaking important missions that directly support Captain Titus in the war. These missions can be completed within the campaign, or separately in a standalone mode, allowing players to earn XP and upgrade their weapons and classes. Below is a list of all the Operations missions available in the game.

1. Operation 1: Inferno
2. Operation 2: Decapitation
3. Operation 3: Voice of the Liberated
4. Operation 4: Reilquary
5. Operation 5: Fall of Atreus
6. Operation 6: Ballistic Engine

Upon reaching a higher level in your PvE multiplayer characters, you have the option to replay the Operations missions mentioned above in order to receive increased rewards. This includes increased XP and currency, allowing you to continue upgrading your weapons.

How Long to Beat Space Marine 2

During our playthrough, we were able to complete the main campaign in approximately 15 hours. The co-op Operations missions added an additional five hours to our playtime. Overall, we spent around 20 hours playing the game.

It is crucial to remember that you are highly encouraged to thoroughly explore each mission, as doing so will result in the acquisition of lore data slates in both modes. Additionally, you can discover upgrade materials in Operations. Taking the time to thoroughly explore will likely prolong your gameplay. The game was designed with replayability in mind, so if you are striving to upgrade your Ultramarines and their equipment, you can expect to play for a significantly longer period of time.
