Space-strapped Palworld players demand expansion from developers

Palworld players are calling on developers to introduce more space into Palboxes so that players have more room to store their Pals.

Palworld took the world by storm in early 2024. The new game broke records on Steam and managed to maintain high player counts months after its initial release.

The reason the game is such a massive success is the way it allows players to discover Pals and bring them back to their base. Storing them in their Palbox and filling it, while initially intimidating, is something players quickly accomplished.

So much so that some Palworld players are now calling on the developers to “add more space” so players can add a lot more Pals to their box.

For more space, Palworld players want a Palbox expansion

In a new thread on Reddit, a Palworld player asked the developers to, “Please add more space to the Palbox! I’m not a fan of having to do that.”

In response to this, players shared their tips on managing their Palbox as well as their agreement that adding more storage to the game would be a great new addition to Palworld.

Some Palword players offered advice to the original poster, explaining how condensing Pals is a quick way to make room for other Pals.

“Just liquefy and raise to level 2 or 3, condense and recycle.”

However, others agree with the original poster that the developers should increase the amount of space players have to store Pals.

“It’s always very difficult to manage space. With the long incubation times in multiplayer, I tend to just have a huge amount of incubators. Using one page per active reproduction page, one for collection, two for active use, I only have 2 pages left to store my reproduction results. which is not enough to open all the incubators at once.”

Palbox storage issues appear to be a greater problem for those engaged in mass breeding of Pals. “Everyone says to condense the pals… I do it but the Palbox still needs to be bigger. At the end of the game, it’s just not big enough. In my opinion, it should be big enough for at least 10 of each pal.”

Time will tell if the developers will respond to these calls and update the size of Palboxes in the future. However, we will keep you informed if there are any changes to this Palworld feature in the future.
