Spirit Airlines is receiving recognition for the ingenuity of their flight attendants, who created an impromptu game to entertain passengers during the wait for takeoff.
Ally, also known as TikToker ‘allyhenglein,’ shared a unique encounter she had with Spirit Airlines on June 17 in a viral video posted on her account.
During the wait for the plane to refuel at an airport in Charleston, SC, she and the other passengers were kept occupied for “over an hour”by a silly game invented by the flight attendants.
While the passengers were waiting, the flight attendants distributed a roll of toilet paper for them to pass over their heads to one another.
During the game, an attendant reminded players, “Ladies and gentlemen, if you do not wish to participate, please pass the roll to another player.”
She proceeded by kindly requesting that those who were not interested in participating refrain from “spoiling the enjoyment.”

As the passengers joined in, one person could be heard shouting, “Let’s go, they’re winning!”as their competitive nature began to emerge.
Despite finding the single-ply toilet paper game to be absurd, as she mentioned in her TikTok caption, “Spirit always knows how to keep us entertained with single-ply toilet paper,”commenters on her post commended the flight attendants for their creative thinking.
One flight attendant remarked, “They’re actually quite clever for doing this, haha,”while another chimed in, “It’s a nice way to distract people instead of having them sit in silence and complain.”
Another viewer commented, “This is the reason why flying with Spirit is recommended.”
Some even mentioned that they had encountered their “favorite flight attendants”while flying with Spirit Airlines. Others also found the guy’s competitive attitude amusing and laughed at his reaction.
Ally’s actions were not confirmed as either participating in the game or simply recording it, but the positive reactions from viewers indicate that Spirit Airlines made a successful move.
