A Kick staff member has confirmed suspicions that streamer N3on engaged in viewbotting during his broadcasts and revealed his actual viewer statistics.
In December 2023, Kick responded to the rampant viewbotting on the platform by banning a significant number of bot accounts.
This action came as N3on, along with a numerous other streamers, faced allegations of artificially inflating their stream views, effectively ‘faking’ their audience numbers.
Recently, a Kick staff member disclosed that N3on had indeed been utilizing viewbots, disclosing staggering viewership figures.
Although N3on has consistently refuted these claims, both viewers and other streamers remain skeptical of his assertions.
In a clip shared via the N3onHQ X/Twitter account, the Kick staff member stated: “At one point, N3on was botting. 36,000 is now his average.”
“At one time, I recall him reaching 90,000. This individual was hitting 90,000. I’m just providing proof that, yes, we are focusing on it.”

This implies N3on likely viewbotted at least 60,000 viewers on his Kick streams, with only approximately one-third of his views stemming from legitimate users.
In August, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) also announced measures to address viewbotting, unveiling a ruling aimed at curtailing fake AI-generated reviews and empowering the agency to impose penalties on violators.
Accompanying this ruling, the FTC outlined a new set of regulations that businesses must adhere to regarding reviews and “social media indicators.”
These guidelines stipulate that the creation or purchase of fake consumer reviews, including fraudulent celebrity endorsements, is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the ruling bans any form of AI-generated reviews.
As of now, N3on has not responded to Kick’s revelations, but we’ll keep you updated with any developments.
