Cassie has always trained alongside her fellow comrades, who are among the top pilots in the country. All of them operate the X-66, which is renowned as one of the most advanced fighter jets in the world. The X-66 is equipped with highly destructive laser beams, which Cassie effectively utilized against Shigaraki during her mission.

It was understood that his regenerative abilities were nearly limitless. As a result, Star and Stripe’s strategy to defeat Shigaraki called for a concentrated, powerful attack that required significant firepower.

Using her New Order Quirk, she synchronized the laser beams of her comrades and aimed them towards Shigaraki. She persisted as long as possible, anticipating the arrival of a barrage of Tiamet missiles. These hypersonic missiles were equipped with immense destructive capabilities, capable of eliminating Shigaraki while Cassie maintained his regeneration in check.

Despite her Quirk’s limitation of only being able to impose one rule on two objects, she was able to pivot the trajectory of the missiles towards Shigaraki by briefly casting a new rule. This nearly resulted in his destruction, but Shigaraki’s pre-emptive maneuver saved him from defeat.

He was aware that Star and Stripe had a plan in store, but he was unsure of what it entailed. Right as she implemented a new rule, Shigaraki utilized his Decay Quirk and buried himself deeper into the ground, lessening the impact and giving him a slight chance of survival.

Star and Stripe had a contingency plan in place to defeat Shigaraki. As she was well aware of his troublesome nature, she recognized that even someone as powerful as All Might would need assistance in taking him down. She anticipated that he would try to steal her Quirk, and unfortunately, he succeeded. However, Cassie acted quickly and implemented a new rule just before he could take it. This rule ensured that the New Order would reject any and all Quirks.

Shigaraki’s downfall was sealed when he attempted to use his Quirk, causing him to implode. In order to defeat him, Star and Stripe devised a plan to enact a new rule that would eliminate most, if not all, of his Quirks. This ultimately led to Cassie sacrificing her life in the latest episode of My Hero Academia season 7 in an effort to defeat Shigaraki.
