On April 19, 2024, TaylorHose, a popular TikToker, shared that he and his fiancée were adding items to their wedding registry. During this process, they both decided to include a $700 Lego Star Wars set on the list.

The couple had not anticipated anyone buying it, but were surprised when a family member or friend purchased the expensive Lego set.

In a matter of days, Taylor’s video gained immense popularity, accumulating over 2.3 million views and nearly 2,000 comments on the clip.

On April 24, 2024, the official Star Wars TikTok account responded to the popular video by Taylor Hose, and announced that they had a surprise for the couple who were soon to be married. In response to their comment, Taylor shared a video where they revealed the gift from the Star Wars team.
