Just as you prepare for a daring rescue, Djimal, another family member, brings a twist: the Zealots are not merely criminals—they are rogue elements from House Ka’dic itself. It is now your responsibility to determine the outcome: persuade Mirek, either rescue or eliminate Sahima, and decide the fate of the hostages.

Mirek Ka’dic possesses vital information about Sahima’s location, but he can be tough to persuade—unless you choose the correct dialogue options. Here’s how to effectively persuade Mirek Ka’dic:

Upon overcoming the battle, you’ll hand over the research and receive 10,000 credits for your efforts.

Rescuing Sahima and the Hostages

Choosing to rescue Sahima alters the trajectory of “Zealous Overreach”. You’ll still need to search for the hostages below and clear the area for their escape. Adreja will support this decision.

Upon returning to the power station, Sahima will join the negotiations, leaving Mihael astonished. Ultimately, Sahima can utilize the virus to assist you in dealing with the representatives. Afterward, engage with Razma, who will express relief over her niece’s survival, rewarding you with 15,000 credits.

Once you’ve made the decision to kill or save Sahima during this Starfield: Shattered Space quest, your next task is to track down the hostages—either to free them or silence them permanently to safeguard your secrets.

From the spot where you conversed with Sahima, turn around and look for a black door on the left side. Descend the stairs but prepare yourself—formidable enemies await. You will find a group of hostages in a cell.

If you continue down the path, you will reach an open area. To the right, there is a room containing one hostage, and if you ascend the stairs to the left, you will find another hostage in a locker room.

Once you’ve cleared the opponents, you can opt to rescue or take out the hostages to move forward. The final steps will involve the power station negotiations, after which you will receive your reward and complete the “Zealous Overreach”quest.
