This first skirmish is quite manageable, as Heismay does not unleash his higher-level abilities yet. After you manage to defeat him, he surprisingly praises your abilities, which aren’t fueled by igniter powers, and makes his escape.

Following the battle, your team explores Heismay’s belongings, leading to the conclusion that he isn’t the real kidnapper. When you confront him again, the truth remains elusive, resulting in another showdown.
