Stray Kids made waves at the Met Gala 2024 on May 6, becoming a major highlight of the event. With their presence, visuals, and stylish Tommy Hilfiger ensembles, members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N stole the show.

In addition to attracting attention online and at the venue for their appearance, Stray Kids made history as the first K-pop group to attend the Met Gala with all members present. The eight members also participated in a brief interview with the event’s hosts, including Tommy Hilfiger.

The “S-CLASS”singers garnered a positive reaction from their fans as they confidently showed off their stunning looks at the venue. Many fans also took the opportunity to thank Tommy Hilfiger for inviting the members to the esteemed fashion event.

Despite the fandom and K-pop community’s excitement over Stray Kids’ accomplishment and their appearance at the Met Gala, the festivities were dampened by the actions of a few on-site photographers.

Numerous videos were uploaded online on social media platform X (Twitter), showing several members of the paparazzi making offensive remarks during the boy group’s red carpet introduction.

The video quickly gained popularity on the platform, prompting STAYs to criticize the paparazzi for their disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.
