Suzy Unveils Behind Footage of Her MC Appearance at Baeksang

A video titled “‘Icon of Baeksang’ Suzy Will Continue Until the 100th Ceremony | Behind the Scenes of 60th Baeksang Arts Awards”was released by “Management SOOP”on May 28th. The video features Suzy preparing for her role as MC at the Baeksang Arts Awards. In the rehearsal footage, Suzy can be seen practicing with Shin Dong-yeop and Park Bo-gum, perfectly executing her script.

After reading the line, “You guys have small dreams, ‘Baeksang Art Awards icon’ Suzy will continue on for the 100th awards” , in the script, Suzy felt embarrassed. Park Bo-gum then called her while singing the background music and the two couldn’t help but burst into laughter.

After the MC rehearsal, Suzy swapped her attire for a dress and posed for a commemorative photo with the cue card. Despite the red carpet event coming to an end, Suzy remained on the love stage, diligently reviewing the script and perfecting her comments, displaying her unwavering commitment to the role of MC.

Moreover, Suzy greeted the award presenters with a smile and snapped some selfies in her MC dress. When questioned about her selfie-taking techniques, Suzy responded, “I assumed it was common knowledge that I struggle with selfies.”She continuously adjusted her phone’s position in an attempt to capture her face from various angles.

As the awards ceremony continued onto its second part, Suzy opted for a different dress that exuded a more delicate vibe. She elaborated, “While we went for a cute ribbon dress for part 1, I wanted to embrace a more feminine look for part 2.”

Following the Baeksang ceremony, Suzy exclaimed with joy, “I did it!”. When questioned about her nerves, the actress responded, “I always feel nervous before each performance. However, having my fellow MCs by my side allows us to share the nerves, making it a more comfortable experience. But I still get nervous.”After receiving the compliment, “You did a fantastic job”, Suzy beamed with a bright smile and struck the flower pose.
