Taco Bell is causing a stir with their recent announcement of an update to a beloved menu item – the Crunchwrap Supreme.
The Crunchwrap Supreme and cheesy nacho fries are both highly regarded as iconic menu items at Taco Bell, with the former being a fan favorite for many years.
The item was initially launched in 2005 and quickly became a permanent addition to the menu at the chain. It was added to the menu in 2006, making it one of the fastest permanent menu additions at the chain.
Currently, Taco Bell is introducing two new versions of their classic Crunchwrap – the Cheesy Crunchwrap Slider and the Steak & Queso Crunchwrap Slider, adding a unique twist to the popular menu item.

Unfortunately, there is a small catch – Taco Bell is currently only testing these exciting new items in select locations. Luckily, customers in Cleveland and Akron, OH, have the opportunity to try out these delicious new options.
Both items cost $3.99 and include seasoned ground beef, reduced-fat sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and a mini tostada shell wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla.
Along with that, you will also receive a side of hot nacho cheese sauce for dipping.
In addition to this, Taco Bell has also introduced another new item this July. Recently, they added a spicy variation to one of their top-selling items.
The futuristic drive thru also gained viral attention, giving viewers a feeling reminiscent of a scene from “Spy Kids.”
