Taco Bell’s chicken nuggets rival McDonald’s but they’re super exclusive

Taco Bell is gearing up to challenge McDonald’s by introducing their latest offering of chicken nuggets, although they may not be readily available at the moment.

In addition to their popular Tacos and Churros, Taco Bell is renowned for tantalizing fans with new menu items that are often removed after a brief period of time.

Despite being added and discontinued a total of ten times, the nacho cheese fries remain one of the most beloved items at Taco Bell. In fact, they were extremely popular in previous years, with 53 million orders in just two months after their initial release in 2018, accounting for a quarter of all sales at the fast food chain that year.

The chain can now add another tempting order to its menu, as it has recently introduced a line of chicken nuggets that are expected to compete with McDonald’s.

According to an official description shared at the inaugural Live Más event, Taco Bell’s Crispy Chicken Nuggets are crafted from all-white meat chicken and are soaked in a flavorful jalapeño buttermilk marinade before being coated in a tortilla breading and fried to a crispy perfection.

Two additional sauces will be introduced to the menu to complement the new nuggets. These options consist of the Bell sauce, made with a blend of tomatoes, red chiles, onion, and garlic, as well as the Jalapeño Honey Mustard, described as a mix of sweet honey mustard with a spicy touch of jalapeño.

Regrettably, these delectable bites will not be accessible across the country as they are currently being evaluated solely in Texas.

According to information shared with Snackolater, the Crispy Chicken Nuggets will be available until Wednesday, June 5, or until supplies run out.

Taco Bell is currently experimenting with various milkshake flavors, such as Dulce de Leche, Mexican Hot Chocolate, Sweet Vanilla, and Wild Strawberry, in addition to their existing nuggets.

Additionally, these were announced at the Live Más Live event and are currently listed on menus in Texas.

Upon trying the newest beverages, snackolator expressed, “Taco Bell may have a potential winner with these new Churro Chiller Shakes if they can improve the consistency to be thicker. The taste is great, but some parts of the shake were too thin and melted, resembling more of an icy texture.”

There are numerous other fast food releases to look forward to, as McDonald’s has recently reintroduced one of their most highly sought-after McFlurry choices.
