In light of the inquiry about the challenges presented by the lower specifications of the Xbox Series S, Zelnick addressed these concerns directly. The Series S is less powerful than both the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5, prompting players to worry about the impact on the overall gaming experience of GTA 6.

Zelnick reassured fans, emphasizing his confidence in Rockstar’s development team. “We adapt to the platforms our consumers use, regardless of their technical capabilities. Our teams excel at making the technology work effectively. I’ve never been particularly concerned about hardware limitations,”stated Zelnick.

He further explained that his company selects which platforms to support carefully. “The strategy revolves around ensuring that we can make the technology work efficiently as long as the audience remains substantial. This approach allows us to navigate the development landscape seamlessly,”he continued.

Optimism for Upcoming Features and Realism in GTA 6

Zelnick expressed a strong belief in the consumer base, stating, “If we deliver outstanding properties, the audience will undoubtedly show their support. Therefore, it’s crucial to stay available across multiple platforms. If one platform loses value, we have others to rely on,”which indicates a strategic outlook on platform diversification.

Future performance insights regarding GTA 6 on the Xbox Series S remain to be seen. Interestingly, insights from a former developer recently suggested that the level of realism in GTA 6 is set to astonish players, further elevating expectations as the release date draws closer.
