Despite the initial excitement among Pokemon Go players for the Adventure Week event, it has ultimately caused division among the player base.

Despite the absence of popular Pokemon spawns, Shiny encounters, and the risk of unexpected Team Rocket-related bans, the Adventure Week event has received intense criticism in community discussions.

One disgruntled Pokemon Go player exclaimed, “Oh no, this line-up is terrible!”Others were also of the same opinion, with some stating that they had no intention of participating in the Team Rocket content and that they had never encountered so few Rocket leaders.

“A different person shared their perspective, remarking, “They’re really emphasizing the fact that this Adventure Week is so dreadful, we won’t ever want another one.”

Despite having no expectations, some individuals were still dissatisfied with the overall event. One player expressed their disappointment, stating, “Even though I didn’t have any expectations, Niantic still managed to disappoint me. I doubt I’ll even bother using any rocket radars unless the egg pool miraculously improves.”

Despite the abundance of negative comments, a few players still made an effort to see the positives in the event focused on Team Rocket.

Upon the reveal of Shadow Carvanha, a group of fans expressed their excitement, noting the intriguing Shiny form. Among them, a hopeful viewer enthusiastically stated, “I am extremely thrilled about the Carvanha! Sharpedo is not even on my mind. It’s all about my fishie.”

“As mentioned, Adventure Week and Rocket Takeovers are generally considered positive events. However, some may argue that these versions of the events are not the best. Even so, they are still considered good events. While Adventure Week may not be the best event, it can still be considered decent and better than many other events.”
