Teen Realtor’s Bizarre Speed Tours on TikTok Go Viral

A teenager realtor has taken to social media in a unique way, promoting houses through unconventional “speed tours”on TikTok.

Nineteen-year-old Trenton Miller, known as ‘trent_miller__’ on his social media platforms, has gained a following of over 500,000 on the popular video-sharing app. His unique perspective on real estate has even caught the attention of mainstream news outlets.

Instead of using traditional marketing strategies to sell homes, the licensed realtor has achieved success through his innovative speed tours, where he runs through houses to showcase them to potential buyers.

Not only is the process efficient, but the videos also feature Miller hilariously posing throughout the house and enthusiastically shouting at the camera, providing a truly one-of-a-kind tour.

Miller begins each video by disclosing the required deposit for the house’s listed price and its location, and then proceeds to showcase what can be obtained with that specific amount.

Miller is known for consistently incorporating “pose 28″into his tours, a recurring element that can be found in all of his videos.

The pose, which originated from Roblox, features Miller leaning backwards with his arms supporting his body while thrusting his pelvis forward. This pose is commonly used when Miller showcases the windows or any other view of the house in question.

In the tours, Miller consistently displays a pattern of sitting on available toilets. He positions himself in front of the tank, placing his elbows on the lid and clenching his fists, while squatting over the bowl with one leg on each side.

During these fast-paced tours, Miller energetically showcases all the house’s features and explains the purpose of each room by passionately speaking into the camera.

The majority of the videos receive more than one million views, and Miller’s most successful tour reached a viewership of over 25 million.

One commenter expressed their joy at the entrance of Gen Z into the workforce, while another insisted that they only want a realtor who fits their standards.
