The Daejeon Seobu Police Station announced on July 30th that it is conducting an investigation into high school student A for allegedly committing special crimes, such as illegally filming with cameras.
A is being charged with unlawful photographing of female bodies at a university campus in Doan-dong, Seo-gu. The incident reportedly occurred at 6 p.m. on July 28th, prior to Psy’s concert that was held in the same location.
The boy was taken into custody following a report from a citizen. The police obtained pictures of women’s bodies from the confiscated cell phone.
The authorities are preparing to perform a digital investigation of the cell phone and examine the specifics of A’s offense.
