The 19th episode of season 3 of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime opens with Rimuru giving a heartfelt speech at the Tempest Founder’s Festival, expressing his gratitude and welcoming all those in attendance. After his speech, Hakuro treats everyone to a delicious sushi buffet.

Gazel advises him to exercise caution when interacting with Elmesia. As expected, the Demon Lord feels unease during the greeting. However, Raphael quickly notices the mental interference and shields him from it, recognizing that it is not an aggressive move but rather a side effect of Elmesia’s Heroic Aura skill. Following the pleasantries, Elmesia requests a one-on-one meeting with Rimuru at a later time to discuss important matters.

Afterwards, Gazel asks Rimuru if he was close to being overpowered by Elmesia. However, he stops when he realizes she may be listening in, due to her exceptional elf hearing. Shortly after, Mjollmile pays a brief visit to Rimuru to discuss matters related to trade.
