After watching the reunion, a fan posted on X/Twitter that they love Daishun. They also added that they believe Alan agreed to remain friends with Kazuto for his sake, but is still deeply in love with him.
According to a second fan’s opinion on Twitter (https://x.com/xzayok/status/1820418256601047367), Alan is undoubtedly the best character on The Boyfriend and it’s a shame to see him let a villain escape.
Despite nothing currently happening between Kazuto and Alan, some fans are speculating whether Ryota, another cast member from the new TV show, will attempt to catch Alan’s eye.
