Vought International’s cringey Homelander celebration post was roasted by The Boys’ social media account.
Despite the anticipation for The Boys’ return in Season 4, fans were able to witness their dislike for Supes through the show’s social media account. In a response to a Vought International post celebrating Homelander, The Boys’ account cleverly threw some humorous shade.
The company showed appreciation for their top product on International Superhero Day by declaring it as NATIONAL HOMELANDER DAY. In a tweet, they expressed, “On this National Superhero Day, we honor someone who deserves a day dedicated solely to them. Join us in celebrating the strongest, smartest, and most selfless hero of all – Homelander!”
The post also featured a photograph of Homelander against a bustling backdrop of American flags, flying Air Force planes, and numerous bald eagles.
The Boys Twitter account wasted no time in responding to the post with their signature snark, firing back with the ultimate roast: “Graphic design is Vought’s passion.”

One of the most commendable aspects of The Boys as a show is their dedication to their social media presence. Vought uses their platform to advocate for Homelander’s innocence before his murder trial, while The Boys use theirs to cleverly poke fun at Homelander whenever they get the chance.
It’s not unexpected that the vigilante group would mock Vought, given that Season 4 will showcase the intense rivalry between both sides as Homelander’s Supers-only platform gains more support and The Boys grapple with the revelations from Gen V’s finale.
As The Boys Season 4 prepares to debut on Prime Video on June 13, fans can anticipate an increase in these types of interactions.
