As Season 4 comes to a close, it remains true that only five characters have appeared in every single episode of The Boys.
Like many other ensemble TV series, not every character is featured in every episode of Amazon’s superhero show. However, by the end of Season 4, the number of heroes and villains who had appeared in every single episode thus far had decreased.
Despite the fact that only five characters still hold their perfect streaks in The Boys’ Season 4 finale, one member of The Seven’s consistent appearances has surprised fans.
According to Reddit user ArthurReeves397, the characters Billy Butcher, Hughie Campbell, Homelander, Starlight, and The Deep have appeared in every episode of the series, as noted by their presence in the season 4 finale.
A-Train’s absence during the Season 4 finale was particularly noticeable and broke his long streak of appearances. However, it should be mentioned that there are brief scenes that show his canceled movie and The Seven portrait.
Despite A-Train no longer appearing on this list, fans responding to the Reddit post are not upset. His sudden absence suggests that he is safe and sound, which is ultimately all that matters after Homelander discovered A-Train’s betrayal.
In reply to someone’s comment about eagerly anticipating A-Train’s appearance in the finale, another individual stated, “No, it’s better for him to stay off-screen for his own safety.”
Another person concurred and added, “As long as the camera isn’t recording them, they should be protected.”
The fact that The Deep has appeared in every single episode of The Boys has caught some viewers off guard.
“A user wrote that they were consistently amazed by the fact that The Peak (The Deep) was featured in at least one scene per episode for 32 consecutive times.”
After another person concurred and added, saying “I can guarantee I haven’t seen The Deep in each and every episode of the show. I refuse to believe it lol.”
Despite appearing less frequently in Seasons 2 and 3, The Deep remained an active character through side plots that delved into his redemption arc through a series of publicity stunts.
It will be intriguing to observe which of these five characters maintains their streak in the upcoming season of The Boys.
