It was inevitable – the first ban of the most explicit scene from The Boys Season 4 has been received, causing disappointment among viewers.
The fourth season of the superhero series remains consistent in its depiction of gory violence and graphic sexual scenes, not holding back from its usual approach.
The subsequent sequence is notably explicit, featuring six iterations of Splinter – a Supe who possesses the ability to reproduce itself – arranged in a Human Centipede-esque formation, engaging in mutual sexual gratification while the leading one masturbates to a picture of Firecracker.
Although Prime Video made a playful joke about Splinter actor Rob Benedict that was enjoyed by viewers around the world, fans in India will unfortunately not be able to participate as the scene has been prohibited.
If you are watching the latest season of The Boys in India, instead of seeing a lineup of Splinters, you will only see the first one.
A Twitter user, known as X, shared a screenshot and asked, “Has Prime Video India edited the most iconic scene in The Boys?”

However, the Indian censorship board has not only deemed this moment as too explicit, as the image of the butthole has also been removed in the country.
The announcement has not been well received by fans, as one individual on X/Twitter expressed, “If you watch The Boys on Amazon Prime in India, you’ll miss out on half of the most intense, graphic, and shocking scenes.”
“Later, when you come across them on your Twitter timeline, you might wonder, ‘When did this occur?’”
One individual commented, “Hey Prime Video India, are you available? I wanted to discuss the random censorship of scenes from The Boys in India.”
“In Season 4 Episode 1, Butcher sends a blurred out picture of a (his?) butthole to mess with someone (as expected from Butcher).”

They continued, “And despite the controversial and highly talked about Human Centipede sex scene that was supposed to be in Episode 2, it seems that only one has been removed through CGI.”
However, in the subsequent scene, they do not hesitate to display a lengthy action scene featuring ten naked men with their genitals visible.
“And those are only the ones we are aware of. It is hard to imagine what other scandalous antics, similar to those of the Boys, have been omitted.”
