The Controversial Pay to Win Fallout Bundle Includes Warzone’s Most Broken Optics

The Vault Dweller bundle in Warzone, which draws inspiration from Fallout, has faced criticism for being “pay to win”from a prominent player who argues that the Atomic Disintegrator optic is excessively powerful in-game.

Despite the numerous requests from fans for increased realism and more realistic skins, Call of Duty has increasingly delved into crossover elements in recent years.

The recent collaboration with Fallout was highly anticipated and did not disappoint. While players were initially hoping for Brotherhood of Steel-inspired skins, the crossover ultimately offered character skins in Vault 141 gear, along with two weapon blueprints and tracers.

The blueprint for the AMR9 Atomic Disintegrator has captured the interest of Warzone expert Metaphor, who pointed out the optic that accompanies it as a “pay to win”feature due to its exceptional clarity.

In his June 20 video, he mentioned that the Fallout bundle includes an incredibly powerful item – a brand-new thermal scope. However, he also pointed out that the scope can be considered pay to win. It should be noted that while the scope may be hindered by smoke interference on keyboard and mouse, it is still a top-tier meta option for those playing with a controller.

The YouTuber also mentioned that the Atomic Disintegrator scope is a version of the FSS Spectre Microtherm that is compatible with various weapons, not just limited to the AMR9.

Furthermore, he explained that while it may be challenging to utilize in close-range combat, attaching it to an Assault Rifle or LMG for longer-range battles will result in enemies being easily spotted with a bright green glow through the scope. This is not the only “pay to win”scope that has surfaced in the past few weeks.

JoeWo drew attention to the DG-58 LSW’s Bone Structure blueprint, noting its scope which greatly enhances player visibility. Another option is the AMR9’s Poisoned Caress BlackCell blueprint, which also features a clean optic.
