The essential manga Jujutsu Kaisen is once again in the news with the reveal of its cover for its next volume. A cover with Satoru Gojo which is not to everyone’s taste.
Published since 2018 in Shūeisha’s famous Weekly Shōnen Jump, the manga Jujutsu Kaisen quickly won over fans of the genre, so much so that it is now one of the most popular titles in all four corners of the world.
A shōnen that has managed to carve out a special place in the hearts of the public, largely thanks to its animated adaptation, which debuted in October 2020 and which is produced by the famous studio MAPPA. The anime is also a great success, as evidenced by the reception received by season 2 released last year, and which was recently rewarded several times at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2024.
But if the now cult manga by Gege Akutami has recently been talked about again, it is thanks to, or rather because of, this first glimpse of volume 26. Indeed, many fans were not won over by the cover of the next volume, on which we can find one of the public’s favorite characters, and it is obviously the famous Satoru Gojo.

As presented below, the cover of volume 26 of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga, which is normally scheduled for release on April 4, 2024 in Japan, presents the powerful S-class exorcist with his face uncovered.

A cover which therefore aroused strong reactions from fans, which is not so surprising when we know that Satoru Gojo is one of the most popular characters, if not the most acclaimed of all. This is particularly why the public was impatient to see who was the exorcist he designated as “successor” in chapter 253 of the manga.
