According to the “Sports Seoul”report , some readers revealed that the crew of “Mr. Plankton”was filming near Hwasun, Seogwipo City, Jeju Island, but after the filming ended, they threw away the trash and left. Photos from the scene show at least two large bags of garbage, filled with plastic bottles, drink cups, waste paper, etc. The waste paper contains the crew’s schedule and shooting content such as storyboards, the name of the producer and even the mobile phone number of the assistant director. The actions of “Mr. Plankton”make people shake their heads. In addition to destroying the environment by randomly dumping garbage, the filming content and personal information of the staff were leaked, which may cause losses and a lot of unnecessary trouble.

The production companies Based Story and HighZium Studio have now stated through Netflix that it is true that the filming was done at Hwasun Golden Beach in Jeju on the 15th. It was originally scheduled to end after sunset that day and clean up the next morning.
