The Crow: this striking detail in the trailer for the remake spotted by a fan

While the public was recently able to discover the new trailer for the film The Crow, a fan noticed a particular detail in the trailer for the remake. A detail that will never let you go once you become aware of it, as was the case for other Internet users who also realized it.

It seems that remakes are popular lately, as more and more projects of this genre are emerging everywhere. This year alone, the public was able to discover Avatar , the Last Airbender offered by Netflix, or the Shōgun series on Disney+, a remake of the eponymous series released in 1980.

And one of the next titles to follow this trend is The Crow. Indeed, the 1994 film directed by Alex Proyas will soon get a makeover with a brand new feature film. It is therefore a new cinematographic adaptation of the comic series of the same name by James O’Barr dating from 1989. The role of Eric Draven will this time be played by Bill Skarsgård, succeeding the late Brandon Lee who lost his life during the filming of the first part of the franchise.

This remake of The Crow is directed by Rupert Sanders, known for Snow White and the Huntsman (2012) and Ghost in the Shell (2017). A new feature film which was recently revealed through a new trailer, in which a recurring detail was highlighted by an Internet user.

Indeed, a user pointed out on X (formerly Twitter) that most of the scenes presented in the trailer all share one thing in common, namely that the subject of the camera is almost always in the center of the image.

A detail which, according to the Internet user, would make it possible to take ideal screenshots for social networks, and more generally so that Internet users can promote the film themselves by relaying them online.

“We find this method of “only use the middle of the image so people can post clips on TikTok” with the staging and everything.”

A discovery which did not fail to make other Internet users react, who only see that now that they have realized it.

“wait f*rdel… This just unlocked something I despise in so much cinematography and couldn’t put my finger on”

“I thought it was exaggerated but hell no, it really is like that”

“Oof, now I can’t unsee him either. There is almost no action or even movement outside of the center of the frame in any of the scenes shown throughout the trailer.”

The theatrical release date for The Crow remake is scheduled for June 5, 2024. In the meantime, you can also check out our list of the best streaming movies of March 2024.
