To celebrate the initial major update, players of The First Descendant will be granted complimentary in-game items, including EXP boosts and more, for a limited period.
The initial major update of the First Descendant introduced UItimate Valby, a new descendant named Luna, and various other updates and additions to the game. Despite Luna’s underwhelming performance and B ranking on our tier list, players will still be interested in the latest improvements, including the newly added Ultimate weapon, Peace Maker.
The patch notes have announced that the free update will contain a variety of new content. Additionally, Nexon is currently providing free rewards to users for a limited time.
Nexon announced on the official X account that all players will be granted a complimentary Gold Boost of +30%, Kyper Shard Boost of +30%, Descendant EXP Boost of +30%, and Weapon Mastery EXP Boost of +30%.
Luna is the newest Descendant introduced in the game.
The rewards will be distributed on August 2, from 12 am to 11:59 pm PDT. Players must collect their rewards from their in-game Mailbox before August 8 at 11:59 pm PDT.
Each award has a three-day activation period, meaning that once activated, it will remain active for three days.
The recent decision by Nexon has been well received by players, who have expressed their opinions on social media. One player in particular praised the company, stating, “I am extremely pleased with the ease of obtaining Luna and Ultimate Valby. I have unlocked the 14th Descendant and am already working towards the 15th.”
One person wrote, “You guys are extremely generous to us. I really appreciate the extra buffs!”Another person commented, “This is perfect timing as I just unlocked Gley and Enzo, my 9th and 10th descendants. And I’m still working on leveling up Sharen and Ultimate Lepic!”
Nexon also announced that a hotfix will be released soon to fix some of the bugs and implement improvements included in the patch. However, as of now, no specific details about the patch have been disclosed.
