The Importance of Bidoof in Pokemon Legends Arceus Hack

If you are a newcomer to Pokemon Legends Arceus, or simply someone who enjoys speedrunning games, this new “exploit”for the open-world Pocket Monster game is definitely worth trying out.

Despite the fact that some tricks may require intricate combinations of button presses or even more advanced input methods, this new technique focuses solely on the humble Bidoof. Specifically, its evolved form Bibarel, which is essentially just a larger version of Bidoof.

The concept was first introduced through a Reddit post, in which a Trainer demonstrated crossing a body of water by using only Bibarel as stepping stones.

Typically, players of Pokemon Legends Arceus are unable to traverse water until they have unlocked Basculegion later in the game. However, this peculiar and laborious method could potentially allow players to access new areas before they are intended to.

The trainer summons the Bibarel onto the field and positions it in front of them, where it remains stationary in the water. Then, by repeatedly using the same Pokemon, the trainer can create a makeshift bridge by walking on its back.

Some players responded to the tactic with a combination of confusion and humor, with one remark reading, “This is on a whole new level of beaver dam.”However, another player went even further, jokingly stating, “No, that’s more of a beaver bridge.”

Several individuals were astounded by the potential of this technique. One person exclaimed, “I had no idea that was even possible!”while another chimed in, “I never would have guessed this was possible. Talk about being resourceful!”

Despite being possible in shallow bodies of water, it appears that the ability to skip portions of the game is quite restricted. One viewer even inquired, “Wait, can you actually skip parts of the game like this?”

The community received some responses, with one person stating “I don’t believe so”but pointing out that players may be able to reach the “volcanic island”earlier if they doubt the Misfortune Sisters will appear before obtaining Basculegion.

Some individuals doubt the effectiveness of this technique, arguing that while it may be feasible to advance to different regions early, it could potentially be quicker to simply complete the Basculegion quest rather than constructing a Bibarrel bridge to reach that area.

Despite the final comment providing an explanation for these entertaining techniques, it also states, “Quicker? Maybe. Satisfying? Definitely not.”
