The issue with Pixel phones’ Bluetooth connectivity has been fixed in the April 2023 update.

The latest monthly update for Pixel phones is currently being distributed. Typically, Google releases monthly security enhancements for Pixel phones on the first Monday of the month. However, this month’s update arrived a week late. The April 2023 update is currently being distributed to Pixel devices operating Android 13.
