The Message from ILLIT Minju After the ADOR-HYBE Trial Results

The idol’s supporters have come to their defense.

On May 30, it was reported that the court denied HYBE’s appeal to exercise the voting rights for the removal of Min Hee Jin as CEO of ADOR. According to sources, HYBE has decided to comply with the court’s decision and respect the ruling.

The ongoing feud between Min Hee Jin and HYBE, which started in April, has resulted in various K-pop groups being involved. Among these groups are ILLIT, NewJeans, aespa, LE SSERAFIM, GFRIEND, TWS, RIIZE, and several others who have been pulled into the dispute.

Despite being a newly debuted group, ILLIT has been facing relentless criticism and hate in the ongoing feud. They have been targeted for various reasons, ranging from mocking their live singing abilities to pointing out similarities with NewJeans.

On May 30, a netizen created a discussion on a popular online forum titled, “Minju’s Weverse Post Regarding the Recent Trial Article.”

OP then shared a screenshot of Minju’s message from the Weverse platform. To provide additional context, a fan had sent a heartwarming message to Minju expressing, “May you always be happy, Minju. Happy Minju is my favorite. I love you, Minju.”

Minju responded to the fan, saying, “Yes, I received your message! I wish for your happiness and constant smiles!”

Nevertheless, the author removed the exchange from its original context.
