As a result, Lolopechka was transformed into a devil and forced to battle against Noelle and her companions.

When does Megicula appear in Black Clover?
The introduction of Megicula occurs in chapter 222 of the manga, during the Dark Triad arc, when Dorothy Unsworth brings Noelle to her Glamour World. In this alternate reality, a counterfeit version of Noelle’s brother, Nozel, discloses the truth about the curse that he carries. It is unveiled that Megicula, currently residing in Vanica’s body, engaged in a deadly battle with their mother, Acier, ultimately leading to her demise.
Noelle and her friends have a rematch with Vanica Zogratis much later in the present of the story. This marks the first time she physically appears in the story, and it is also revealed that she had reached the upper tier of power in the Tree of Qliphoth. This was due to the disappearance of Astaroth, who was later revealed to be with Lucius Zogratis.
