After Jura’s escape from the Hidden Leaf Village, facilitated by Hidari’s soul thorn, the protagonist found himself vulnerable and was subsequently apprehended by the Hidden Leaf Village Shinobi. He was taken back to the Interrogation Room, where key figures including Konoha leaders and Ibiki Morino awaited.

As the protagonist was brought in for questioning, the narrative underscored the significance of his clothing featuring the Uzumaki crest. While this detail wasn’t fully explored, it may act as a narrative device to emphasize his lingering attachment to his roots despite their betrayal, primarily due to the Omnipotence Shinjutsu.

The chapter further illustrates the torment the protagonist endured as he divulged everything he knew about the God Trees. Ibiki, fueled by rage over Naruto’s death, unleashed his wrath upon the protagonist upon learning that Naruto was still alive.

His desperation to locate the village leader led to false confessions from the protagonist, who attempted to clarify that the Seventh Hokage was safe; ironically, this backfired against him.

The Uzumaki clan was once a standalone village known for its strong ties with the Hidden Leaf due to their connections with the Senju clan (the clan of the first Hokage). However, their village was destroyed, leading to the scattering of its survivors across the globe.

The last surviving members of this clan are from Naruto’s lineage, which continues through Boruto Uzumaki and Himawari. Regrettably, despite being a prominent survivor of the clan, the protagonist is embroiled in difficulties related to his origins, as the Uzumaki name is closely tied to the Hidden Leaf Village.

Although the protagonist could have chosen to discard his origins and become a rogue like Sasuke Uchiha, he remains determined to prove his detractors wrong, illustrating that their betrayal is a result of the Shinjutsu technique.

This determination is evident in the latest chapter as he clings to the Uzumaki clan crest, even while enduring beatings from village officials seeking information about the protagonist.
