The Quintessential Quintuplets Gets A New Original Honeymoon Anime Film

Although Negi Haruba’s The Quintessential Quintuplets manga has officially ended, the story continues to unfold. Fans eagerly anticipate the release of a new original movie, following the conclusion of the anime, which has them on the edge of their seats.

On the fifth anniversary of The Quintessential Quintuplets, it was announced that a new animated movie would be produced. This original story, supervised by Negi Haruba, will follow the honeymoon adventures of Fuutarou and the Nakano sisters.

At the fifth-anniversary anime celebrations in Yokohama, a variety of projects were announced, including the highly anticipated The Quintessential Quintuplets film and several other side projects.

The Nakano Quintuplets’ daily lives will soon be chronicled in a new light novel, created by Mayo Chiki! author Hajime Asano and supervised by Haruba.

The production team has yet to make an official announcement regarding the release date, staff cast, or format of The Quintessential Quintuplets film. Therefore, we will need to wait for future updates.

About The Quintessential Quintuplets

In 2017, Negi Haruba created The Quintessential Quintuplets manga, which concluded in February 2020 after 14 volumes were published.

The manga, titled “The Quintessential Quintuplets,”has been adapted into an anime series with Season 1 premiering in 2019 and Season 2 in 2021.

The plot focuses on Futaro, a high school student from a financially struggling family, who is presented with a tempting opportunity to become a tutor for his classmates…only to discover that all of his students are girls!

Moreover, despite being gorgeous quintuplets, they are troublesome students with low academic performance and a strong dislike for studying.

His initial task is to gain the trust of all five sisters in this romantic comedy centered around the Nakano Family’s siblings.
