Fortunately, The Sims 4 offers fantastic features for capturing images of your beloved Sims and households. However, it does have limited pose options. Thankfully, the expansive community of mod creators has stepped in with additional content that will have your Sims striking poses better than even professional models.

- Ensure that the options for “Enable Custom Content and Mods”and “Script Mods Allowed”are selected.
- In order for the changes to take effect, you will need to restart your game.
You’ll need to download Pose packs after installing Andrew’s Studios mod.
Once the Pose player is installed, you will need to acquire poses for your Sims to use. These can be found on the Sims4Studios forums and will be labeled as “Pose Packs.”
How to Install and Use the Pose Player Mod in The Sims 4
Once the Pose player has been installed in The Sims 4, it is possible to load any household and choose the desired Sim for posing. By clicking on the Sim, two options will appear: “Pose by Pack”and “Pose by Name”.
Select a pose and the Sim will remain in that pose at their current location until the action is completed. You can then capture photos or videos, or direct other sims to create paintings of them.
To halt your Sims from posing, you can easily select them once more and then opt for the “Stop Posing”feature.
How to pose multiple Sims at once
Certain poses are designed for multiple sims to use. In order to utilize these poses, the Teleport Any Sim mod must be downloaded and installed. Once it is acquired, the following steps should be followed:
- Obtain and set up the “Teleport Any Sim” modification from the link provided on the website.
- Load the household of your Sims.
- In Buy Mode, search for the “Sim Teleporter Destination”object, which is located under Decorations > Misc and appears as a white knight statue.
- Place multiple objects stacked on one another in the same location.
- To go back to Live Mode, simply select the Sim Teleporter Destination and opt for the “Teleport a Sim Here”option.
- To choose the desired Sim for the pose, gather all Sims in one location and then select the “Pose by Pack”option to access and select the desired poses.
You can use the “Sim Teleporter Destination” to summon any Sim you want in your pictures.
Remember that Sims must be teleported to the exact same spot or the pose will not be executed correctly. Once you have finished taking pictures of your Sims, you can choose the “Stop Posing”option to return them to their original state.
